It's his age. I don't know - I am not into the meaningless sex thing - maybe in college. Did he go to college.

Oh my. The bad boy as well. College of hard nocks. What's a nice school marm like you doing with the ex-con?

I am thinking he doesn't have this stuff out of his system yet. May take a while.

I think we know what I'm doing with the ex-con! Have I mentioned that along with teaching English, I work in a program with expelled kids? I have a soft spot for the "bad" kids and in this one case it translates. He messed up a lot when he was younger, but he's in school now, etc. (Why am I wasting energy on this! )

Other than that I usually go for artsy-fartsy types. Intellectuals. Lately guys who work a trade.

I hope you know I was kidding. I don't know the guy at all and would never judge.

But you ladies love the 'bad boy' - always think you're the one to change them. You like him because he spells challenge. That's what my problem always, was - too responsible, stable, good job etc. - I've learned stuff to create challenge that I didn't know. These guys do it and they don't even know it.

But, I have to believe the way you have acted towards him lately that he may come around.

What kind of advice is that? Don't date someone who makes less than 50 grand a year?
And while you are claiming expert status, don't speak for the rest of us. What is your reason for replying, to hurt her feelings?
You need to watch Bambi. Yes even as small children, we learn that if we don't have anything nice to say, we shouldn't say any thing at all. That was a low blow.
Who peed in your Wheatees this morning? Peace ranieri

Naw, I don't think he's going to come around. Ever. He's been plain about things from the beginning and sometimes it bothers me and sometimes it doesn't. I just need to find someone else to distract me because I know this isn't going anywhere. It's disappointing.

See -- I broke (almost) EVERY rule -- just this one time -- and this is what happened!

I think he would come around - just a little change in how you handle things can make some one fall. I think he's attracted to you. If you pull-back some, then he will follow and move forward.

He's trying to be the Marlboro man. He isn't never been with a woman long enough for the mood to get old.

Okay, then. I'll continue with no calling, and go back to no answering. He's just gotten under my skin somehow. THANK YOU!!

You know the great thing is - you gave him a little taste of things recently - then you pull back. It's a great position to be in. Ball in your court.
