No offense but how many girls have you gone out with?
How far have you gone with this girl?
Does she show any signs that she actually likes you as more then a friend?
Does she spend a lot with a certain other friend?

I'm starting to stretch the tiny bit and think maybe lesbian or maybe she wants to end it and doesn't know how to do it. If its nothing else and she actually does want to be with you she's a major prude (no offense) and either you find someone else or have fun living the rest of your life as an alter boy.
