    But how good is it? I mean, if they're about the same as doing regular pushups, horizontal fist, vert fist, wide arm, diamonds, and fingertips... then I might as well use 20 to put a quarter tank of gas in my car.

    I feel more pumped doing those than doing regular pushups. Comes with a little 30 day workout plan based off your max amountof pushups. Been following that and eating right and getting cut up
