I'm not getting any error led blips from the computer board.
I can only see one limit switch which isn't tripped.
I replaced the thermostat but that wasn't it.
I've checked breakers and even tried tripping them off and then back on.
Usually if I remember right this furnace goes through a check before actually turning on.
When I trip the breaker and then throw it back on.. all I get is a steady red led and nothing else. The blower does not come on.
Any info would be greatly appreciated.

See component test on page 10 in the manual below. This is the factory manual for your furnace. All information for your furnace is contained in this manual. NOTE check the fuse on the circuit board.

Checked the fuse and it's still good.
Did a component test by shorting a wire from the test terminal to the COM 24V Terminal.
All I got was a continuous blinking led signal. No short or long blips just a rapid steady signal.
Manual says if this happens to check for correct line voltage polarity.
If units are twinned (and I do have another upstairs that is running perfectly)
Check for proper low voltage 24v transformer phasing.
Not really sure what my next steps are as I'm not sure how to check for this.
I'm confused as the furnace has worked fine for 7 years and now it has kicked off.

Check for proper low voltage 24v transformer phasing

Your units are not twined. Twinning is when they are placed side by side and work off one thermostat.

Check for 120 volts and proper polarity. Also check your ground wires loosen tighten to make sure of good contact.

DID you do the component test that is outlined on the lower part of page 10. This should tell the tale as far a component failure.

Yes I did do the component test on the lower part of page 10.
All I got was the steady blinking LED.
The inducer motor did not power up nor did any of the other components such as the surface igniter or blower motor.

Hello the tennants in my house are having the same problem you were experiencing last year in your house. Could you tell me how you fixed.

I had the same issue, inducer motor won't spin, and it was the power outage, push in the power plug next to led. It should fix it.
Now after messing with the board, inducer motor spins but it won't lit up, I'm getting 3 fast lights and 1 slow.

I have similar problem.
The Led light continue to flash on and off at regular 1sec interval. I tried to run component test but it continue to sound 3-4 clicks at 3-4 sec interval.
I have measured voltage between W and C(Com) port, which is 27.5V. The voltage at pressure switch is also 24V. I hear draft motor running, but nothing after that. I have reset the safety switch multiple times without any success.

Can you share how you get over your issue?

I had a faulty circuit board. I have replaced the circuit board (coasted $120 on ebay). Furnace is now working good.
