Reusing and Storage of Canola Oil Used for Deepfrying
RE: REUSING & STORAGE OF CANOLA OIL USED FOR DEEPFRYING
I am using a lot of canola oil to deepfry falafel (for my teen son). After using it and it has cooled down:
Can I store it to use at a later date to deepfry falafel again?
How many times can I use this same canola oil which I would like to reuse just to deepfry falafel?
If I wish to reuse this oil once a month, to make falafel, which is preferable: to store it in the fridge, or to freeze it?

Reusing tiles [ 7 Answers ]

Had to remove the bottom half of a tiled shower, The tiles came off (too) easy with very little residue on the back. I'd like to reuse them since they are all cut to fit already. Is this OK?
