When to buy a car
My husband and I are looking to buy a 2006 / 2007 minivan within the next 2 months and paying cash for it. We are pricing and see some 2006 minivans for 12,999 but the 2007's are 13,999. When will the 2007's go down to 12,999? We were thinking maybe after the 2008 new year prices drop. When is the best time to get the best price?
