I don't jump back enough of Backhandspring
Okay, my cheerleading team all has their backhandsprings, and I am so close to mine. My only problem is that I jump up instead of back and my hands land like 6 inches from my feet when they are supposed to land like 2 feet from your feet. Everyone tells me to sit back in a chair and push off your heels. Any tips?:)
