    Vertical jump
    I am 5'0" and 88 lbs. (13 years old) yeah i'm short. I have a 21" vertical. Is that good?

    That's great man,I`m 5`7`` with a 25 inches vert.if you want to increase itr you should buy dunknow,that could increase your vert with 8-14 inches.what to you say about that?Jump higher, increase vertical jump, learn to dunk this is the link

    After doing 5 weeks of dunknow my vert went from 25 to 28 inches

    That is very good assuming you are not built with muscle because of your weight.
