    Temperature registers incorrectly
    Thermostat model 9600: The temperature on the thermostat register 10 degrees higher than the room temperature actually is. Everyhing else is functioning properly. A re-set was done, and this made no difference.

    Look in the user manual for whatever brand this is. There is (for many anyway) a procedure to calibrate it to a known accurate measurement source.
