I dropped about a cup and a half of whiskey down the air vent in my room last night. Will it cause major problems? What do I do

It's a liquid... nearly all water and alcohol... it will evaporate eventually (how fast depends on temp and humidity levels) though there will be a minor residue. Though its going to smell like a bar for some time to come.

I HAVE to ask however....how does one spill a cup and a half of whiskey that's normally served by the ounce.

I assume you mean hot air register, and I agree it will evaporate after giving off a strong alcohol odor.
