Well not willing to risk it. I believe in independence my charges are for giving away m.j to 21 + at minimal increment politics are what they are. I feel that as an adult I should be able to have a beer with no dui charges or of the like. I am curious to whether there is an organic solution. As many options are harmful. Sincere with curiosity and a craving as one might have for chocolate

The onus is on YOU to obey the law, and finish whatever the terms of your probation are. That means dealing with your cravings. If a drink, or a toke is more important than your freedom, then cheers!

What you say about not wanting to take risks is belied by wanting advice on how to get around the testing.

It may seem holier-than-thou to you, but the only way to be certain that you pass a test is by not drinking alcoholic beverages or taking anything else they are testing for. You can talk about what you think you should be allowed to do, but it doesn't change the rules you are currently living under. Those are the rules that we have to keep in mind when giving you advice.

How much longer are you subject to random testing?

Sometimes we have to live with cravings and learn to let them go instead of giving in to them. Being an adult is more than having a beer when you want it. It is taking responsibility for the consequences of your actions. In this case the consequence is staying sober.

Are you legally barred from drinking totally? There is nothing that gets you around the 80 hour window for an EtG test.

I give you credit for reaching out, as you are obviously restless, irritable, and discontented, and want comfort from those symptoms (cravings). Some good people who support (NOT ENABLE) your being clean, and sober is what you need in person, and I hope you find them (An AA group?).

There is no real way to "cheat" the test. All of the products that are advertised do not really work. They just cheat you out of your money.

The tests are not always right, and if the time frame is 50 or so hours a few people will pass sometimes (while others fail)

So it is just a gamble, will you pass or fail. You have to determine if the risk is worth the drink now and then.
