    Probably not, but maybe. Tell us what state the decedant lived in, and your aunt's relationship to the decedant (sister, daughter, friend, etc.) and we'll look into it.

    MA does not have an inheritance tax, and neither does the US federal government, so your aunt has nothing to worry about regarding inheritance taxes due in the US.
