    Mother cat eat kitten
We have a feral cat who is trap wise. She has two litters a year. She will be OK with the first litter but she always kills and eats one of the kittens from the second litter. We are going to try to catch her with a fish net and have her spayed, it makes us totally sick! Can any one figure this out?

Many animal shelters lend or rent out humane traps. She doesn't go for something like that?

If a kitten is defective, a mother cat will eat it. She's keeping her nest clean that way. She wouldn't kill a healthy kitten.
