    Hello again, smoothy:
it was a brain fart John Kerry had that people heard they discounted until Putin recovered the fumble and ran into the end zone...
Let me see if I understand... Obama was going to put together an unbelievably small attack because the Syrians used Chemical weapons. UPON being threatened with this unbelievably small attack, Syria AGREES to give up its chemical weapons.

Of course, not understanding the language of diplomacy, I can understand your confusing diplomacy with a brain fart.

Nonetheless, OBAMA won, and it really sticks in your right wing craw, doesn't it?

Nobody was even talking about Syria handing over weapons until Kerry made a snarky remark... the administration immediately discounted it (and they did this on video) It wasn't until Putin grabbed it and ran with it did they even pretend they wanted to claim it at all.

What does a photo of Dresden have to do with Obama... We'd all be speaking German if he was president back then.

Like I said, Putin says he can't guarantee they'll comply, Syria is still moving CW around and inviting us to pay for the alleged disposal. Not to mention Russia is trying to show it wasn't Assad that used them. Hard to declare victory before the goal is reached. "Mission accomplished" remember?

I don't know about Smoothy but my distrust of Putin is clear, and that's why I'm holding back on sharing in your victory celebration.

    Hello again,

Let's be clear... That we're NOT dropping bombs on them IS a victory. That they're going to give up their WMD'S IS a victory. Whether it'll work out that way, is yet to be determined.

But, make NO MISTAKE... What WAS accomplished so far is a TREMENDOUS victory. That our boots will NEVER be on the ground in Syria IS a victory... That the Syrian people will never be gassed again IS a victory.

That the right can't see it, is a shame.

Ex you are raving, this is some sort of xenophobic rant. Gunboat diplomacy is never victory. Yes Putin had a victory for once he didn't resort to violence
