    Spousal sponsership to Canada
    My son is going to marry in Jan 2014 in India

    He is Canadian Citizen & living in Canada for 10 years

    His wife is in India, Indian Citizen

    Last name of both the persons are different

    For spousal sponsorship,

    Is it required or mandatory to change her Last name after marriage?

    Pl advice

    She should carry the last name of her husband for sponsorship.
