    Underage privacy
    If I'm under 18 and in ny state can the gyno or any doctor share my information with my mother(against my wishes) such as being sexually active or having a yeast infection

    No secret about yeast infections, all women get them, has nothing to do with sexual activity. Your mom should be helping you with medication for yeast infections,

    How are you going to pay the doctor ? Use parents insurance, then they may see summary of billing ?

    No , I mean if my mom takes me and pays and leave the room will the gyno share my info with my mom even if I ask them not to

    No, that would be a violation of the HIPAA Laws if the doctor shared any info with anyone without your consent.
