    Does my dream mean anything?
In my dream I was in this dark hallway in an unknown mansion. Out of nowhere a demon like creature tells me "ur running out of time. He's in this place." I realize that this creature is talking about my lover.(I don't know who my lover is though but in the dream I guess I had one) anyway the demon manifests a floating clock in front of me but when I touch it the clock disappears. The next thing I do is run down the hall frantically looking in all the endless doors for my lover. Just when my time was almost out I burst into a dungeon like room and see a boy chained up against a wall barechested. In my dream I knew that was my lover. So I run to him, try to break the chains and help him. Just when the boy wakes up from consciousness and says my name, I'm suddenly being pulled bak into a dark tunnel and I wake up.
(The thing is I don't know who this mystery boy was and I guess he was apparently my boyfriend. I can't remember his face not name :() please tell me what this all meant... any1?.

It was a dream, your unconscious chewing around on something you had seen on TV or read a day or so before. It means nothing.

But I've never seen a movie nor read something similar to my situation I was in. Was my mind just fantasizing about rescuing a boy or does looking for a boy tell me about my daily life?

They are all different aspects of yourself. You have a subconscious fear that things you desire are not coming to being and you need to break free from repetitive situation or behavior patterns. The creature represents your reluctance to deal with an issue, even though you fully acknowledge its existence. You feel anxious and apprehensive about some issue or situation that you are experiencing. The boy in chains represents your emotional being of feeling trapped to your situation

Yup, had Freud or Jung read her other thread about her online friend, they would say you are correct.

Ok the dream and my other question earlier are two different things. I just wanted to know what my dream meant not wanting to somehow make this all a big mystery.

Not trying to butt into your conversation but the dream and the whole boy issue are two totally different situations. The dream was like 2 years ago and I was just curious if it meant anything. They have no relathionship

I find it odd that you remember a 2 year old dream with such detail.

    So I guess it's meaningless.

It is helpful, when you post, if you provide more info - that way volunteers don't answer only to find out they are answering a partially asked question.

Okay but can you apply the general overall interpretation with how you deal with things. I interpreted the dream only you can figure out how it applies.
