Squatters rights against a mortgage company
I am on the deed but not mortgage, I am living in a house and can't get the mortgage company to even speak to me. What are my rights as for being on the deed.

If you are "on the deed" then you are an owner, or at least a part-owner. Why is the subject of this post "squatters rights against a mortgage company?" A squatter is someone who moves into an abandoned building and is not an owner - so, are you an owner or a squatter? If you are an owner, what is your issue with the mortgage company? And whose name is on the mortgage?

The correct term is adverse possession, rather than squatters rights

Did someone you were involved with put you on the deed, default on the mortgage, and leave the house to foreclosure? If so, there is nothing you can do. It sounds like they are past the stage of talking to anyone. I have a feeling you can't qualify for a mortgage with another lender to pay off this lender or you would have by now.

Being on the deed makes you a part owner, but the lender is the real 'owner' until the money loaned is paid back.

True. But (whatever the term) it doesn't apply against the mortgage company anyway
