How can I lose weight?

I want to loose weight so bad. Ive tried and tried and I just can't do it. I cut back on my eating so much and I exercise a lot. Im 13 years old and I weigh 190 pounds. I honestly don't look that way but that's what the scale tells me. I hate my body so much. Its getting to the point where I want to go on weight loss pills and not eat. Im sick and tired of getting called fat all the time. Im just done with it. On Google I search up all these ways to losse weight and I try them all and nothing works. I feel like losing weight to me is next to impossible <\3

What foods do you eat? You need to avoid processed foods, diet foods. Eat foods that will help your metabolism.

You have to eat at least 1000 calories a day. Try to way fresh fruits and vegetables for start.

Eat the proper foods, exercise less, drink less soda. There is no magic answer.

Totally inappropriate answer. Yes, by all means, try eating nothing. You have a nasty mouth, particularly for someone in middle school. I understand your frustration about your appearance. I don't understand your mouth.

And what does your Physician say? Weight loss is not easy and quick weight loss is dangerous.
You should be under someone's dietary supervision if you intend to lose a lot of weight.

You are the clinically obese person looking for a magic fix, not me. You should weight between 112 and 136. At 70 plus pounds overweight you are clinically obese and need someone with dietary and food supplement knowledge.
You apparently don't want to hear that.
So do "whatever" works for you and stop trolling AMHD.

The sad part is that no one who is 5'3" and weighs 180+ pounds ever thinks "she looks that way." I think it's more about overall health than weight.
Maybe that's why the OP tends to be a miserable person.
