Hello tom:
maybe the sheriff is afraid that the Holder Justice Dept will send organizers down to agitate .
Or, keep the peace. From your link, this is what they were there for.
“to provide technical assistance for the preparation of possible marches and rallies related to the fatal shooting of a 17-year-old African American male.
More from your link:
“Congratulations to our partners, Thomas Battles, Regional Director, and Mildred De Robles, Miami-Dade Coordinator and their co-workers at the U.S. Department of Justice Community Relations Service for their outstanding and ongoing efforts to reduce tensions and build bridges of understanding and respect in Sanford, Florida” following a news article in the Orlando Sentinel about the secretive “peacekeepers.”
In reply to that message, Battles said: “Thank you Partner. You did lots of stuff behind the scene to make Miami a success. We will continue to work together.” He signed the email simply Tommy.
Carswell responded: “That’s why we make the big bucks.”
If, like the supposed IRS scandal, you were LOOKING for stuff that isn't there, this document provides that.

Why did you automatically assume that the verdict is acquittal?
Yes, one group or another may be upset but after all these months of the left and their media accomplices making this about a "white Hispanic" killing a black kid "for wearing a hoodie" no one seriously expects violence if Zimmerman is convicted. Even the CNN article reminds us "Zimmerman is a white Hispanic" on trial for killing a "black teen."
Our own DOJ appears to have facilitated protests demanding Zimmerman's prosecution, so let's not pretend this is about anything more than convicting Zimmerman and the possible outrage over an acquittal, which I did not "automatically assume" would happen.

Nothing to see here, that's the entire left's excuse for every scandal. Where did you get this stupid idea that these documents don't exist?

I guess that's what the lefties on the Canadaian news are saying... and if its on TV it must be true... just like if its on the internet it must be true.
Makes me think the Canadaians News services are even worse about reality than the lame stream media here is.

I saw my first case of fraud in journalism back in th emid 1980's whe I was the closest eye witness to a shooting and a small fight between three guys. I was there before the fight... during the fight... and well after the ploice left... and after the ambulance left... somehow a three person fight that lasted all of 45 seconds before one guy shot the other and took off running... morphed into a riot that required police to break up... if you believed the news... by the way... there was never a riot by Anyone's definition... three guys in a minor fight isn't a riot even if one shot gets fired.
Keep in mind only two cops ever showed up and weren't there more than 20 minutes... and the people that left were long gone by then.. and the ambulance had come and gone long before they got there. Oddly enough the police never even walked the 20 feet to talk with me or ask me anything about it.
2 hours later I got home.. watch the news to see if I was on it... and not ONE of the news stations even got it right... never mind none of them were there... none.. not even one.
They ALL got it wrong... and the only station that was close... got the name of one of the clubs right (though only ONE member was even involved)... but nothing else.
That woke me up and I've seen so many more over the years I trust nothing I see on the TV news...
CNN's coverage of the first GUlf war was scripted and a huge joke as well.

Because I went to the link posted. The text link "documents" went to a page where there were no documents to show. If there were they would have been there since that's that the contextual link refers to.

The documents exist all right, they just don't say what your side says they say. But that never stopped you guy from hollering your spin like it's a fact/crisis/scandal. That just what you do.

Actually they do... and the ad produced by Obamas organizers are promoting protests and riots... rather than just growing up and dealing with the fact another thug from the projectsgot his butt killed because he deserved it. Picking a fight in someone else's neighborhood.

Apparently you don't surf the web much, a link doesn't always go where you expect. But if you'll look at where the article actually refers to the documents (at "According to the documents:")there are links to each one referenced.
Do you really think Judicial Watch is going to reference nonexistent documents? Duh.

You wouldn't acknowledge an Obama admin scandal if it bit you on the a$$, but I digress.
So I ask you, after all of the agitators making this about a "white Hispanic" killing a "black teen" do you expect a riot if Zimmerman is convicted?

No way a black kid has a right to stand his ground in his own neighborhood.

Trayvon wasn't in his own neighborhood... Zimmerman was. Not even the prosecution was trying to claim he was.

So, you think Zimmerman gets acquitted and it's all because the kid is black and Zimmerman is "white"?

No it's because someone died and the person that killed him goes free.

Actually it's part of my job to make sure links go where they are supposed to, every day at work. I don't tell you how to sell security items do I?

Let me spell this out for you since you are Canadian and can't grasp this concept.
We here in the United states... have the right to kill someone in self defense if we are being attacked and even THINK our life is in danger..
We even have the right to kill people who break into our house... and they don't have to have a gun first either.
We here in the United States don't grant more rights to the criminals than we grant the law abiding citizens.
