    i got charged with theft under 5000 x 4 what will happen to me
    I just got charged wth theft under 5000 x 4 from my work place I stole some food cause I had no money I no it isn't I good enough reason I was stupid the amount was only 30 dollars... I have never been charged be for and am so scared I'm gong to jail please help

    A lot depends on what country and state you are located in. How hard they push it... and what mood the Judge is in that day.

    That changes a lot... you might qualify there for what is called a diversion program.
