Tal, I get it, you're upset that your guy's troubles endanger your agenda, but dude - you're pi$$ing in the wind on this one and have been since I first posted about it. All of your hollering was answered in that one post, so unless you think we're just stupid you may as well give up this line of attack - I can assure you it will go nowhere.

He is responsible for the actions of his subordinates... just like any CEO of any company that's committing crimes. The buck stops at the top.

The law is the law... Obama is no more above it than Nixon was... and should be held JUST as responsible.

Nixon did far less than Obama has.

Obama IS being responsible. He is firing and repairing. Nixon pulled a blanket over his head.

He's been hiding from the truth and lying since he learned to talk... and Benghazi wasn't the first even by far...

Some poor SOB is STILLsitting in Jail over the movie Obama and the left blamed Benghazi for... when everyone but a select few knows had nothing to do with it.

He spent two weeks telling lies to the AMerican Public about Benghazi... he even told the same lies in front of the UN General Council...

THe Libyan President even told us right away it was terrorism... and Obamas flunkies told him to shut up, he was full of it.

Yes they did... thats why they wouldn't let the FBI into the country for so long to investigate it.

If a CEO got up and lied like that they would have charges brought up against them.

Today's news is that the CIA admits stuffing the reports with lies that were fed to the administration.

You need to look past the Administrations doctored version of events... The WHite house KNEW it was terrorism long before those packs of lies were ever settled on.

    Hell, most people knew otherwise.

They had live video feeds from the security cameras... THey knew from the beginning it wasn't a protest... and they Knew it at the State Dept. and they knew it without delay Because that's who had the video feeds, not the CIA... but the State Dept..

For what it's worth ;here is my theory

It's not just targeting ;it's delaying approval to a point that many of the orgs were denied their tax status in time for the election cycle. Many were intimidated enough to withdraw their request. The motive of the scrutiny was clearly to influence the 2012 elections after they saw what the impact of the Tea Party groups had in the 2010 cycle.
So this goes well beyond a Chinchilla farmer trying to game the system. This is a form of disenfranchisement .

But I don't think the Emperor directed it .
This is how it played out .They were taking signals from him. I use the King Henry -Thomas Beckett example for this. King Henry muttered 'will no one rid me of this meddlesome priest ?"... and his knights took that signal as a green light to take out Beckett.

The President and the Democrat leadership have demonized the Republican base and the Tea Party for so long now (That guy from the NAACP Julian Bond called the Tea Party the American Taliban this week) that I have no doubt that some boot licking flunkies at IRS took it upon themselves to initiate the policy . Smoothy posted the Emperor's quote from this week . But it hasn't been just this week . It's been his entire Presidency .

Some of the letters asked for copies of the groups' Web pages, blog posts and social media postings — making some tea party members worry they'd be punished for their tweets or Facebook comments by their followers…. And each letter had a stern warning about “penalties of perjury” — which became intimidating for groups that were being asked about future activities, like future donations or endorsements.

Yeah I'd like to see the source too ,although with Brennan in control of the CIA now anything is possible. The Obots played this well. They marginalized Petraeus on his way out ;and he is the only one who can speak of the CIA role before ,during ,and after the attack.

Odd it took them all this time to produce the emails... when they should have done it right away

You do know any reasonibly competent IT guy could fudge this stuff up in the time that has elapsed. Right down to the timestamps and IP numbers.

I apologize. I misspoke. There's no "admitting" yet, just email releases.

I've read some of the email releases. The CIA sent the assessments to the White House and the State Dept and NSA redacted them. The biggest omission was the words al-Qaeda from the originals . Also of note is that there is NO mention of a Youtube video or a protest in the CIA emails. That talking point was falsely attributed to the intelligence assessments of the attack. It came from either Rice ,Evita ,Brennan ,or the Emperor .

    Hello again,

The law is the law... Obama is no more above it than Nixon was... and should be held JUST as responsible.

Nixon did far less than Obama has.
Nixon TOLD his attorney general to use the IRS to go after his enemy's. That is a FACT. Come up with FACTS that link Obama to the IRS, and I'll call for his impeachment too..

Until then, it IS Limprods fault.

    Excon

PS> I AM enjoying your right wing collective orgasm, though.
