Anyway, it can't be ruled out the possibility of him changing the name of one of his 2 profiles, to act the role of the other guy. My [potential date] used to have 2 profiles while he was chatting me, but one of them was deleted/name-changed by him, but i didn't bother to ask him about that. Also, he called me twice from a foreign number...

    2. It was me who wrote the other guy, not vice versa...
I have to ask a question. Why are you looking for a relationship from guys who don't live close or don't even live in your country? The possibilities that something great will come of that are slim to none.

You're right to ask that... In fact, it all started by chance. I randomly visited his profile, and the following day he had written me saying that he liked my profile a lot and wanted to get to know me... First, I thought he lived in my city. Then he told me he was on a business trip in another country of Europe (later, moving to another country in Europe). [Recently he had been chatting with me only through his profile in another European capital.]

Well, he kept telling me that his engagement abroad was extended, but he couldn't wait to return, and stuff like that...

At the beginning of the previous month he suggested that I visit him there over the weekend, while offering to cover all my expenses. For sure, I didn't accept, but I told him I was too busy, which was also true. Then, by the half of April, I somehow made him fix the date of his of arrival, based on his schedule, and he said it was the beginning of May...

The problem was that he was too evasive about his work -- well, I didn't ask him for details either -- first, saying he was in teaching, then business...

That would signal to most people that he is being shady, possibly married, and definitely lying to you. Again, meet someone in your city. Someone who is real, that you can see and touch, and develop a relationship minus the lying and shadiness. Move on and forget about that one. It isn't worth your time nor is it worth the time I've used to type all this.
