    What's wrong with me when I study but I don't remmeber
    I am 23 ,dentist student-third year.
    I do sleep enough,like 6-9 hours a day,but I would still feel sleepy when I study.. and iIbarely remember what I memorize and sometimes I can not analyze and conncet information.. that's really annoying.. I feel like my IQ is dropping down,how could to stop this lazinsee?

    Lazinees? You should take a break from studies in between. Don't sit for hours. At least take a break after an hour. You said IQ is dropping, does earlier you were better in concentration? If you are eating junk food then try to have fresh fruits, veggies. You might be worrying too much and stress could the reason. Study with relax mind.

    Thanks.. I just think it's a matter of stress,since I had 8 exams lately with only 3 or 4 days space between them,so had to get prepared withen a short time and that's so stressful :)

    Hi Tita1 - The brain processes information in different ways. Try changing things up a bit. Dictate your notes or reading material into a recorder, and after decent rest and a nutritious snack, play the info back instead of reading it. It may just be the push you need.
