My name is on the deed but not the mortgage
As an owner of the home and the one living in it with the children- am I able to be notified of any late payments, refinancing or interest paid?

The lender would not be on the title, but the lender would probably be on the mortgage. The statements would go to the borrower. Lorraine12, as an owner of the home, how was the loan financed without you being on the mortgage? Are you on the note?

If you're not listed as a borrower on the note then the lender is not allowed to notify you of anything regarding the loan.
