    Breast -raised area
I have two flesh colored slightly raised areas on my left breast. They stretch with the skin. I don't feel any lumps there. No redness or pain. I do have stretch marks in the same area

You are asking if you should have them checked out? Most definitely do. Is there a history of breast cancer in your family? Even if not, don't take anything for granted, just make an appt with your doctor.
