    Please tell me what does this mean
    I did the mri and here's the conclusion ,posterior annular tear of l5/s1 intersomatic disc assosiated to a small degenerative l5/s1 vertebral endplates modification.there is no significant central canal or foramina narrowing.what does this mean ?

    no he is off islnad when he gets back ,I collect it from the lab today
