How can I adopt my fourteen year old brother whose been adopted I really need help

Milwaukee wi he was in foster care since he was four then got adopted in 07 I have my own house an education I have my own son that I take care of please is there anything I can do

No, he was adopted, he now has new legal parents, those parents would have to allow an adoption,

Unless his parents (and his adoptive parents are his legal parents), want to allow you to adopt, then you can't. And, if you even mention it to your brother, they could shut off contact with you.

The only thing you can do is wait until he's legal age and then try to find him. He has "new" legal parents now. You have no rights. Your parents signed off their rights - and, in the process, yours.

You can ask his adoptive parents to allow you to contact him and be friends.
You allow him to have a happy life with the parents he now has and be raised

The only reason I'm trying to get him is because he told me his adopted mother beats him and he's scared to tell anyone and he he was in the hospital he told the nurse he got beat up

If that's the case, then you have to get CPS involved. If the injuries were such that a hospital visit was necessary, it should be reported. Of course he could be lying to you instead of to the nurse.
