    Found out I was pregnant
I am 7 weeks. Just found out. I have abdominal discomfort throughout the day but I'm not bleeding. I have been looking around the Internet and seen that any abdominal pain before 12wks can be serious and deserve medical attention. The pain is never unbearable. It just be achy cramps like. I'm scared of losing the child but I don't know to wait another week until my appointment or go to the ER now

No reason to go to the ER unless you are bleeding. Cramping can be perfectly normal at this stage of pregnancy.

Yes I have heard that often. I guess I'm just paranoid. Like this morning my stomach isn't as tight and fat as it has been. I did have a bladder infection and since I have been on antibiotics it could have resulted in it going down which reduces the bloating in my stomach but I don't know.

Oh, well you didn't mention a bladder infection in your first post! That makes all the difference in the world. Make sure you take your antibiotics until they are completely gone no matter how much better you feel.

Could that be the reason for the pain? If not taking it exactly 12hrs around the clock make a difference?
