    Mild back pain
    I have mid back pain for well over a week with no change, it feels like my spine is in a vise and I can't turn or bend over without pain nor can I sit or lay down without it either I also have been getting dizzy when standind sitting and laying down as well I don't know what to do to fix it what should I do?

    Contact your doctor during office hours as this is not a medical emergency. Your doctor is the only one to give you a diagnosis and advise treatment.

    I do not have insurance and am unemployed at the moment so I don't want to seek medical care unless it is absolutely needed I was hoping for possible responses as to what it could possibly be and if it merits visiting a dr.

    Yes, it merits visiting a doctor. It may be that you have a pinched nerve, or a pulled muscle, but we don't have the credentials to diagnose via the internet.

    If you have an Urgent Care Center near you, go there. ER as a last resort. There are programs in place, at hospitals, to help you offset the costs, you just have to ask for them.
