I usually have a 25 day cycle and I'm 3 days late. I've been having lower back pains and intermittent lower abdominal pains for the last 3 days and extremely tired. I took a pregnancy test after I was 1 day late which I assume was too soon to take but I'm wondering if I could be pregnant because I've never been late before??

I really should have this response on copy and paste (or better yet just post the link to the sticky on this forum that no one reads), since I post it around 20 plus times a day.

Wait until you're at least 2 weeks late for you period. Test with first morning urine. If the test is negative then wait until next period is due. If that period is missed then test again using first morning urine, or see a doctor for a more accurate blood test.
