I am now unable to send a group email to an assigned list of people that I have been previously been able to send, for the last 2 months. The list includes 100 people and the messages were medical updates of a family member. No one seems to be able to help me.I called Rogers and they suggested I get a hold of Yahoo. All I could find was a site which I had to pay for technical support.

I am now unable to send out a group email to an assigned list of people, concerning my husband's medical condition. I have been sending these updates out for 2 months and there are 101 people on this assigned list. It saves me sending out numerous emails with the same message. I now get a message saying"this email cannot be sent because we detect suspicious activity on your account and it could be spam etc"
    What to do?

Sounds like your group size may well be triggering yahoo's spam protocols.
Try halving it and see if the error remains.

Yahoo recently started to tighten up on the emails after being among the most spam friendly systems on the planet since juno.com

You might want to set up a site seal for that account(see security options) and this may clear it up.

I would do that if I had the slightest idea what that is!! Thank you for your help though. I ended up splitting up the list in half. So far, that has worked.
