    What is wrong with me?
    Hey, I am a 16 year old male and I am wondering what is wrong with me.
    I wake up feeling like tired and mad every day. When I get to school I feel cramped and I just can't focus on my work. I can't stand anyone there, I'm tired and just hearing them talk makes me ill. I feel nervous everywhere I go and I always feel like someone is going to hurt me (physically). When I get home nothing is really different from school, I get angry at small things like taking out the trash, washing dishes, and listening to my parents. It seems like everything makes me mad. Can you tell me what is wrong?

    How much time do you spend playing video games? Also how much sleep are you getting? Are you eating healthy and getting excersize ?

    I don't play video games at all but I do spend a lot of my time DJ'ing in my room I get about 7 hours of sleep on average and I don't ever feel like I want to eat and exercise is just too much work, I don't feel motivated to do it.

    Hello, well it sounds like to me first off you are not a people person, and just everyone and anyone just bugs you and gets under your skin easy. You must dislike people that's it. Not EVERYONE LIKES PEOPLE! But maby your personality is changing? Everyone chages over time. But if it just started maby you are depressed over something? Or you could have ANXIETY! That could be why your nervious around people, you just have anxiety. But I think you should go to the doctor! So just take it easy and try to not let everything get to you. Just relax and have fun. Be more positive than negative all the time. Be happy plain and simple! :)

    Eating healthy will build not only your body but your mind. Also speding so much time alone isn't good for you. 7 hours of sleep is not enough for a person your age. Recommended is 8 to 9 hours of sleep.

    Also some excersize will help your attitude as it helps alaign chemicals in your body and release endorphins that will improve your attitude for a brighter day.

    I was going to try to go to the doctor but me only being 16 is going to require me to get my mom to take me and she will think its all crap and that Im just trying to get Xanax or anti-depressants.

    Well your mom should be their for you, I think you should really talk to her and explain to her how you been feeling. You need to get on some anti-depressants. So you can get the help you need before it gets worse. And you could probably also use a good friend to talk to always and be their for you. I'm a very understanding person.
