    Zumba ?
    Okay So Ive Been Wanting To Try Zumba For The Longest Time Now But For Some Reason I Just Don't Think It Works As Well As Everyone Has Been Saying ? Does Anyone Have Any Experiences And Recommendations For Zumba ? Please And Thank you : )

    Group workouts that last about one hour. There is no way to do a do full workout three or four days a week ( along with proper diet) and not lose weight. The workout is so full energy, most people have to take slight breaks about 1/2 though.

    My wife is a certified instructor and we teach it at our fitness center

    Zumba is a great program for weight loss, and it can be a fun social experience.

    I do zumba four times a week. It is a great way to stay in shape. Great cardio! Fun and entertaining. I love it. You should try it out. You might like it.
