It was a cartoon from the very early 90s that had people from a computer fighting and they broke out of the computer into this house and they used things in the house as weapons like a coke can and alarm clock they turned into tanks. They also had computer chips they used as airplanes

It was out on vhs around the time james bond jr was. It was on the same vhs with a cartoon about two groups of people fighting that used a liqued to turn themselves and their cars and plans invisable. I really hope some one can help me with this... thanks in advance
