What color is your stool? Get a Diabetes checkup, also check for Parasites. If neither of those then could be what you are eating or you have a colon, intestines problem. The stool color is important. You may be allergic to the food you are eating or the drink. Wheat glutons cause diarrhea and so does some alcoholoic beverages. Tainted food also. Greenish hue stool you may be dealing with Salmonella contamination. Do you have a fever accompanying diarrhea? That would indicate infection. Nervous disorder does not have fever. Have you taken any laxatives lately? What are you eating?Pork? Tichinosis. Is there mucus in the stool? If it's greasy looking it could mean you have poor absorption in the small bowel. Could be an irritable colon, but that doesn't show right away like you're saying. Irritable Colon, tumor in the colon... so many things, you say right back side. Lower back in the intestine area? It could also be from going so much, like a strain. Are you Lactase deficient, that's very common, are you drinking milk, or eating cheesy things? Gassy? Bloating? Is there blood in the stool? Could even be an overactive Thyroid. You're going to have to go through some testing, sorry.

Thank you so much for answering my question SparkeeLee, I missed some important details about my condition so I will give them to you now to see if you could help me any further. Stool is brown and beige sometimes, no fever, no mucus, it is not greasy ;I do get bloated after I drink milk so I could be lactose intolerant but I'm not sure, no blood in the stool. My back is sore on the lower right side. What I am really concerned about is the burning sensation on my right calf right after I eat sometimes and it is also cold. I am treating it with Anamu capsules before I go to the doctor as I have no insurance right now. Thank you again for any further insight related to my condition.

The only thing anyone on this site can tell you is to see a doctor. There's absolutely no way to give a diagnosis online, only guesses.
Please see your doctor for an actual diagnosis.

I have never heard of calf pain after eating, so this is rare. It does sound possible that there is an unusual connection along the pathway of eating, low right back pain, and calf pain referred from the lower back. Doctors will have a very tough time with this (and many will just roll their eyes).
I'd start with your intestinal tract, starting with your appendix, but also pain triggered by feces moving along your bowel after you eat. Something is hitting a nerve. Polyps, inflamed diverticulae, even organ sagging can cause problems hitting nerves.
I have sacral nerve pain in my abdomen, from scarring on my sacro-iliac. It used to refer pain all the way down my thigh, knee, and calf to my big toe. MDs were useless for 30+ years, then a chiropractor helped a lot. I had no back pain so never thought of going to one.
I'm not suggesting that is your problem, just that you will probably encounter the same reactions I did - that there was nothing wrong with me, and you may have to do your own research.
