    Psoriatic arthritis
    Hi
I have recently been diagnosed with Psoriatic Arthritis and placed on Leflunomide, which seems to be working well. I am a bit puzzled as I don't have Psoriasis. The Rheumatologist told me that Psoriasis can present later. How much later, years?
Is this unusual to have PsA and not have Psoriasis?
    Thank you

In MOST patients psoriasis (rash) comes first, followed by psoriasis arthritis. I think "most" is probably the magic word!
