    Custody of my niece
    Hello my name is John and I have custody of my niece and now she and I want to have her out of my house I had her since she was 5 and now she is 16 she has been drinking and stealing and havering sex with older guys and all she does is yell and scream I can't handle it anymore and she tells me everyday that she hates me and she doesn't want to live her no more and I don't want her here either what can I do to get her out before me and my wife separate because of her

    Depends on your State. In my State - NY - you can go to Court to declare her a person in need of supervision, prove the case and she will be removed from your home and put in foster care.

    You have raised her since she was 5 and this behavior just started?

    No she started about 2years ago it's just getting worse

    So, what state are you in? In some states she can be emancipated, although it's never easy. In some states she won't be looked for by police, although the parent/guardian still is liable.

    Where are her parents, have they got to a place in their life to do something.

    And what or how is she doing all of this.

    She had a mental state at 5? What have you done to find the root cause of her behavior? Have you spoken to her school?

    She had a diagnosed mental condition at age 5? What has been done to change/correct that?

    The mother has a mental issue she had the mind of a 9 yr old that's one reason why she can't have her because my niece will run over her

    Well this is what I'm saying the mother can't take her plus the mother smokes crack and the father does to she has other siblings that was born crack addicted the all have ADHD very bad but my niece won't see I doctor and when I tried to take her she walk away and started to make a scene
