My dog has had no appetitie for over a week now
My bullmastiff isn't well, she's not been eating, no mucus around eyes or nose, but has diorrea and is not her usual bouncy self, she's due to have a season in a few weeks and I've read about disemper, but its very warm here at the moment around 45 degrees Celsius and she's still drinking a lot. Am worried about her, she stumbled and fell over today which has never happened before. I called my vet and he suggested a blood transfusion! Wich I think is a bit harsh. I'm scared I'll lose her.

It is impossible to diagnose over the Internet. I would follow the suggestions/recommendations of the Veterinarian. If you don't trust the Vet, find someone else to treat your dog.

Your Veterinarian obviously thinks this is serious.

There are obviously more symptoms that this or a vet to order up a blood transfusion. Typically extreme vomiting and diarrhea is treated with IV fluids and electrolytes... Maybe antibiotics.
