First, has anything changed in your life to create more stress? In other words, is it hard to fall asleep because you are thinking about something or worried about something?

If not, think about what you do before you go to sleep. Are you doing anything like drinking caffeine, exercising, or reading/watching something exciting? Even something as simple as using your smartphone right before you try to sleep can get your brain fired up and cause you to stay awake.

Are any of these things true for you?

Well I listen to a lot of songs. Besides I give too much time in computer. And I don't do any exercise at all.

Ok. Exercise is good to do, as long as you don't do it right before bed. It can help you feel tired and fall asleep at the right time.

Listening to songs shouldn't keep you from falling asleep, unless they're too loud or something. You might try different music on different nights and see what keeps you awake and what helps you fall asleep.

The main thing is probably the computer. I did the same thing in college. I would stay on the computer until 3am and not be able to sleep, but if I shut down the computer at a good time and turn off the lights I would fall asleep much earlier. Light, from a lamp or from your computer screen, makes your brain think it should be awake.

Try setting a time each night to turn off your computer and other lights. It's better to do it at the same time each night. That should help.
