So I want a software that is similar to photoshop but free because it is to expensive a program that doesn't take up too much space on my computer and one with similar featurs (example: make gifs from videos,cut out from pic,edit thepic,etc) if you have any ideas of any programs I can use please do say thanks and if you may please add how much space it takes up :)

I use the program "gimp" a lot on Linux. There is a windows version as well:

Paint.net is very good as well.

Thanks but does it can it at least make gifs? And how much space do you think it will take and how do you download it because some are very complicated to download thanks :) I'll take a look too

I don't really see how it is difficult to download. If that's already too difficult, it might also be too difficult to use

I just don't really know what to click what version and all that stuff I had no idea what to click to download what version and all so like any ideas on what I can click and best version for me?

Thanks I actually downloaded Gimp 2.8 windows version but do you know how I can upload it on tumblr?it doesn't appear in my folders
