    A 13 seer condenser works with 12 seer coil
    I need to replace my 12 seer condenser but I have a 13 seer r22 condenser. Can this one work with the existing coil.

    Yes you can make it work by using an expansion valve BUT the performance of the 13 SEER unit will not be as good as if you used the proper coil.
