Ex husband has not paid what was due as outlined in the Marital Settlement.
My Ex-Husband and I divorced Oct 2011. He was to pay me half the equity of the house 30 days after we signed the Marital Settlement. He told me he had been approved for a loan. On the day we signed the divorce settlement I also signed the Transfer Deed to the house. I believe I am still half owner of the house, since he has not paid me. Recently we went to the bank and spoke with the loan officer. We were told that they needed a court document giving up my right to request spousal support. I asked if this guaranteed that he would be approved for the loan. The loan officer said no, because things change everyday.

If you signed the deed and he registered it, then you no longer have an interest in the house. However, if you are signed on the mortgage you have an obligation to pay it.

Apparently he is trying to get a loan. You should be helping him do so.
