Ok so here's the story:

I was teasing my friend Haily by texting this guy that likes her and telling him she really likes him. So she does the same thing to me by texting this guy Kyle who (people say) likes me. She was pretending to be me saying "I love you" and "I want to be with you" "I can't wait until you get back from your vacation". At first he didn't believe it was me but later that day and now I think he does. So she was flirting with him as me and all.

So that ends for a while because he had to go. Then later Haily and I are at our other friends (Jenn) house for a sleep over and he texts "hey" so of cores Haily and Jenn take my phone and start texting him again. At first I didn't mind but then, I don't know. So their flirting with his as me having fun. That goes on whatever.


Ok now my problem: Haily and Jenn keep saying I should go out with him. Jenn even texted him yelling at him to treat me right (because he's a bit of a perv) and he said he'd treat me like a lady.When school was still in session Kyle would put his arm around me (I always thought it to me you know just jokingly). And I never said anything about it because, first he does it to like a lot of girls (he's not a player, but he is in some ways. He hasent had like a lot of girlfriends... at lest I don't think so) and second he did it before I let him and I always pushed him away so at some point its like whatever. My friends are saying we look cute together and Kyle is telling Jenn that he really likes me, but I don't know what to think.

I don't know if I like him or what. Jenn is telling me to just go one one date with him and if it doesn't go well then don't go out with him. I mean it would only be fair to give him a shot but I don't know how I feel.

Kyle, in the past has liked Haily and flirted with her the same way so as her and Jenn were were flirting with him as me she was laughing saying "I know he was going to say that" because he said it to her once.


*Sigh* I don't know what to do. I don't know how I feel about him. I mean (and please don't laugh at this/me) I've never had a boyfriend before so this is all new to me. And I am just having a mental brake down because of my confuse (and I'm 17 and yes I've never had a boyfriend -I hope that's not to weird. Oh And I super, Super, Super shy and suborn If that has anything to do with anything here).

You don't have to go out with anybody you don't want to go out with.

First this sounds much more like 14 year olds, than 17. Your friends are childish and need to be told to stop.
