    Importance of email communications
As a matter of commitment or assurance in case of any legal claim can email communications be taken as evidence if that were made between two persons involved in a long distance relationship?

What kind of case? Criminal? Civil?

    Contract?

    Divorce?

I'm assuming you are looking for ways to avoid supporting your child - https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/family...sa-622029.html

Sounds like immigration, where for certain visas a long term relationship has to be proven.
But without being told we are guessing

No point assuming, that may going wrong. The matter doesn't relate to child support in anyway. The question perhaps relates to contract. I am neither a lawyer nor an expert on this.

I would not make an assumptive statement like this ever.I expect help from this forum.Nothing else. Thanks

Really? You who "assumed" that a person's husband watched porno while she was in the next room because she wasn't satisfying his needs?

Is this about your online relationship (another one of your threads): https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/relati...ml#post3221447

Without knowing WHY you are concerned and WHAT is in the emails it's impossible to say.

Short answer is yes. Proof of an e-mail is admissible, assuming it is relevant.

I have always been curious why people seem to have the nagging idea that e-mail is somehow not totally real. It is as real, and satisfies any requirement for a "writing", as much as a letter, telegram, or message chiseled in stone.
