I committed a crime in Fla. I excepted a plea 5 yrs. Prison 10 yrs. Probation. That was in 1999. I chose to do my probation in Calif. Where everything was going great

Until Oct. 2011 when my agent was changed, that's when things started to go wrong. I rent a room in a home and nobody there knows about my past, but all of a
Sudden one night the police with there guns drawn come knocking on my door. They told me to turn around and they put handcuffs on me and went and just ripped
My room apart when they did not find anything they uncuffed me and left. Of course the owner of the house gave me 30 days notice to move, now I received another call on my cell from my agent claiming she did not receive my report for July, I was there on June 26th and left the report with the OD. This agent is trying her best to violate me and I can't have her do this. So my question is can I somehow make a plea to Fla. Authorities either to finish my sentence in a Fla.jail or
Prison. I am 66 years old and before this I have never been in any trouble, not even a parking ticket. Thank You

I don't think you have to move that far, and I don't think you need their permission. You cannot leave the state without permission, but you can certainly leave the county.. I would - permanently. When you get settled, report to the new county probation office...
