US citizen inheritance tax for property in Singapore
My father who is a US citizen and husband who is not a US citizen plan to purchase a property in Singapore together. They agree to will the property to my husband if he pass away. Will my husband be subject to US estate tax?

No - only estates are subject to estate tax. Depending on the total value of your father's estate (including his half ownership of the property in Singapore) it may be subject to federal and/or state estate tax. But as the heir to your father's half of the property your husband has no US tax obligations - with the possible exception of state inheritance tax if he is a US resident.

No, we are not US citizens nor are we both US residents. So there is no inheritance, federal or state tax implications for property owned by a US citizen abroad if it is inherited by a non- US citizen whether the property is solely in the Father's name? This makes sense as we have no tax obligation in the US and the property will be financed by my husband.

No US tax obligations for your husband. As noted previous;y, whether his father's estate will owe estate taxes is a different question.
