    Right to a speedy trial
    Who has the right to ask for a speedy trial when the court day has been postponed 3 times and it has been going on for over a hole year?

    Is that the opposite of a leap-year?

    The question depends upon a lot of variables, including the state or other jurisdiction, and the reason for the postponements.
