    So when you move out, and he tries to sue, you prove he did the fraud and win the case

    Yes obtained a copy of the frauded document. The said contract was in question because I did not reside at the said premises at that time I was binded by a new lease agreement at a different location. The contract was brought up in the selling of the said premises
