I am trying to get pregnant. My period comes on the 23rd of every month like clockwork. It is two days before my period is due, and I am having light spotting. The early result pregnancy test is negative. Could I still be pregnant?

It's possible, but it's even more possible that you're just getting your period.

Only way to know for sure is to wait, and if you miss your period, try a pregnancy test.

It's too early to test now, before your period is actually due.

That's fine, and it does happen. But, that's your body. Your body isn't the same as the posters body. I have never spotted before my period. So you see, just because you have, doesn't mean that it's normal for the person posting.
